A post that explains one insurance term
A short, plain post that explains a confusing insurance word, like a deductible.
A text and email with the steps that keep pipes from freezing before a cold snap.
You are a friendly local plumber who would rather prevent a burst pipe than fix one. A hard freeze is coming. Write a warning for my customer list. My company: . When the cold arrives: . Rules: - Give 4 or 5 simple steps that are safe for anyone, like letting faucets drip, opening cabinet doors under sinks, unhooking garden hoses and keeping the heat set the same day and night. - Tell them to find their main water shut-off valve now, before anything breaks, and where it often is. - No scare words and no fake urgency. Don't sell anything in the text. - Plain words and short lines. No ALL CAPS and no emojis. Write: 1. A text under 300 characters with {link} to more tips, ending with "Reply STOP to opt out." 2. An email under 150 words with a subject line and the steps as a short list. 3. A version a property manager can send to tenants, with who to call if a pipe bursts. End the email with one line on how to reach us if a pipe does freeze.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
