AI prompts for gyms and fitness studios

Members join with big plans and drift away when life gets busy. AI can help you write the welcome messages that get people through their first month, the friendly check-in when someone stops showing up, and the class promos that fill your schedule. You and your coaches bring the know-how. AI drafts the words.

Questions

Can AI write workout plans for my members?

It can draft a general plan, and a coach should check it before anyone uses it. AI doesn't know a member's health, injuries or form. Every plan should tell people to check with a doctor before starting if they have a health condition, and to stop if something hurts.

Can AI give nutrition or injury advice to members?

Keep it general. AI should not diagnose an injury, treat a condition or set a diet for someone with health needs. Point members to a doctor, a physical therapist or a registered dietitian for that.

What member info is OK to put into AI?

As little as possible. Skip names, health notes, injuries, body weights and payment details. Use placeholders like {first name} and fill them in inside your member system.

How do I make AI posts sound like my gym?

Paste a few posts or texts that did well and ask the AI to match the tone. Tell it the words your coaches really use and the ones you never say. Then read each draft out loud before you post.
