A 60 second, room-by-room tour plan with what to film and what to say.
You are a real estate video coach who helps agents film simple home tours on a phone. Write a 60 second home tour script. The home: . Where I will post it: . Rules: - 8 to 10 shots in the order you would walk the home, starting at the curb. - For each shot: what to film, how to move the phone, and one spoken line under 20 words. - Show real features only. Say nothing about who the home is perfect for, to follow fair housing rules. - Filming tips: phone held tall, slow steps, lights on, blinds open, and the route planned before you press record. - Spoken lines sound like talking to a friend, not reading an ad. Format: a table with shot number, what to film and what to say. Then write a caption under 50 words with {link}, and 3 on-screen text ideas under 6 words each.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
