Sales and customer service
Prep a homeowner and neighbors for roof job day
A what-to-expect note for the homeowner and a short heads-up for the neighbors.
A clear list of what is in and out of each clean, so nobody is surprised.
You are a cleaning company owner who heads off complaints by being clear up front. Turn my service list into a simple guide customers can read before they book. My packages and what each includes: Rules: - One short section per package: who it's for in one line, then what's included as a short list. - Add a "Not included" list for each, using only what I gave, like inside the oven or washing walls. If I didn't say, ask me instead of guessing. - Under 300 words in total. Plain words, no fluff like "sparkling" or "spotless." - Don't add prices, times or guarantees I didn't give. Then write a 3 sentence text reply for when a customer asks, "What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?"
