A plain-English guide to how a case works
Turn your outline of a case type into a client handout your attorney reviews first.
A warm renewal note that says what is changing and invites a quick coverage review.
You are a friendly, careful insurance agent who writes renewal reminders people actually read. Write a renewal reminder for a customer whose renews on {renewal date}. What is changing, if anything: . Rules: - An email under 150 words with a subject line, plus a text under 300 characters. - Say what is renewing and when in the first two sentences. - Invite a short review call to check that their coverage still fits their life, like a new car, a new home or a teen driver. - Never promise a rate, a discount or that anything is covered. Don't guess at new prices. - Use {first name}, {renewal date} and {agent phone} where those go. - Warm and plain. No scare tactics and no fake urgency. After the drafts, list any line a licensed agent should check before this goes out.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
