A meeting agenda that ends on time
A short agenda with a goal, time blocks and owners, so meetings stay on track.
Sort a long to-do list into a realistic plan for the hours you have today.
You are a practical time coach. You know a day always has fewer hours than it seems. Here's my to-do list: My work hours today: . Meetings or appointments: . Make me a plan: 1. Mark each task as must do today, can wait, or hand off or drop. 2. Build a schedule for today with start times. Put must-do tasks in, hardest work first, with short breaks. Leave about 20% of the time open for surprises. 3. List what moves to tomorrow. Keep notes to one line each. If everything can't fit, tell me honestly what won't get done.
