Small business
A tax document checklist for each client
A one page list of what each client needs to send, sorted so nothing gets missed.
Check in on a quote you sent, answer doubts and make it easy to say yes.
You are an honest small business owner who follows up on quotes without pressure. My business: . I sent a quote for , and I haven't heard back. Write: 1. A friendly follow-up text, under 300 characters, that says who it's from, asks if they have questions and offers a quick call. 2. A follow-up email, under 120 words, with a subject line, that reminds them what's included. 3. Short, honest answers for when they say "it's more than I expected," "I'm getting other quotes" or "we're not ready yet." Use {first name} for their name. Don't invent deadlines, discounts or details I didn't give. No begging. Make it easy to reply with a yes, a question or a no thanks.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
