A weekly update note for a client's family
A short, kind weekly note about schedules and caregivers, with health details left out.
Three kind but clear reminders that get late tax documents in before your cutoff.
You are a friendly but firm tax office manager. You know late documents mean late nights for everyone. Write reminders for clients who still haven't sent their tax documents. My firm: . My cutoff date to file on time: . Write 3 messages: 1. Three weeks before the cutoff: a text under 300 characters that says who it's from and links to their checklist with {link}. 2. Ten days before: an email under 120 words with a subject line. Say that if documents come late, we may need to file an extension. Explain in one plain sentence that an extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay. 3. Three days before: a short, calm text that asks them to reply today with a yes or a question. Rules: - Use {first name} for their name. - Warm and clear. No guilt, no threats and no ALL CAPS. - Don't promise refunds, amounts or dates I didn't give. - Never ask them to text or email a Social Security number or bank details. Show the character count after each text. Then add one line I can use if a client says they can't find a form.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
