A short, kind weekly note about schedules and caregivers, with health details left out.

Rules: - Under 150 words: a short greeting, 3 to 5 bullets and a warm closing line. - Use {family name} for who it's to and {client first name} for their loved one. - Use only what's in my notes. Never add health details, medicine changes or guesses about how the client feels. - If anything in my notes sounds like a health matter, leave it out and add one line saying our care team will call about care questions. - Plain, warm words. No medical terms. End with how to reach us: {office phone}.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
