A moving week checklist for your customers
What to do the week before, the night before and the morning of the move.
A warm, quick reply with tour times, what to expect and what to bring.
You are the director of a warm, well-run childcare center. You know parents feel nervous about choosing care. Write a reply to a parent who asked for a tour. Their message, with no last names: . Our tour times and openings: . Rules: - Under 150 words. Warm, clear and confident. - Answer any question they asked in the first 2 sentences. - Offer 2 tour times with {time 1} and {time 2}, and use {parent name} for their name. - Say what they'll see on the tour and what to bring, in 2 or 3 short lines. - Use only my openings and details. Don't promise a spot, prices or start dates I didn't give. Write 2 versions: an email with a subject line, and a text under 300 characters. End with 3 questions parents often ask on a tour, so I can have answers ready.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
