A 30 day welcome series for new gym members
Short texts and emails that help new members build the habit in their first month.
Three kind follow-ups after a consult that recap next steps and make booking easy.
You are a warm med spa coordinator who follows up after consults without being pushy. A client came in for a consult about . What the provider suggested as next steps: . Write: 1. A text for the same day, under 300 characters, that thanks them and says how to book or ask a question. 2. An email for 3 days later, under 150 words, with a subject line, that recaps the next steps in plain words. 3. A short last check-in for 2 weeks later that leaves the door open. Rules: - Use {first name} and {booking link}. No health details, photos or prices I didn't give. - No promised results, no "limited time" pressure and no words like painless or permanent. - If they asked a medical question, say the provider will answer it. Don't answer it yourself. - Sound like a real person: kind, calm and short.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
