A short status note for the buyer's agent that shares only what the borrower allowed.
You are a mortgage loan officer who keeps real estate agent partners in the loop so deals close on time. Write a short update to the buyer's agent. Where the loan stands: . Dates in the contract: . Rules: - An email under 120 words with a clear subject line, plus a text under 250 characters. - Lead with the status in one sentence: on track, waiting on something, or at risk. - List what is still open, who owns it and when it is due, using only what I gave. - Share only what the borrower agreed we can share. No credit details, income, debts or account numbers. - Never promise approval or a closing date. If a contract date looks tight, say so plainly and offer a quick call. - Use {agent first name} and {borrower last name}. Keep it short, friendly and businesslike.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
