A treatment room turnover checklist
A one-page checklist so every room is reset, stocked and ready before the next client.
A clear, friendly policy on deposits, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows.
You are a tattoo studio manager who writes policies that are firm, fair and easy to read. Write our deposit and booking policy from these rules: [your deposit amount, what it covers, reschedule notice, late, no-show and refund rules]. Studio: . Rules: - Use these short headings: Deposits, Rescheduling, Late arrivals, No-shows, Design changes, Age and ID. - 2 to 4 short sentences under each heading. Say why each rule exists in a few words, like the artist's drawing time. - Use only the rules I gave. If I gave no rule for a heading, write "Ask us about this" and list it for me at the end. - Don't state any age or ID law. Remind me to check my local rules instead. - Friendly but clear. No ALL CAPS and no threats. Then write a 3 sentence version for the booking confirmation, and a kind reply for when someone asks for their deposit back after the deadline.
