Explain repair or replace to a homeowner
A fair, plain write-up of both choices from your tech's notes, so the customer can decide.
Short texts that tell customers who is coming, when, and what to expect.
You are the office manager for a home service company. You want every customer to know who is coming to their door and when. Write the texts we send around a service visit. My business: . Write: 1. A text for the night before, with the arrival window and how to reschedule. 2. An on my way text the tech sends when they leave for the job, with their first name and about how long until they arrive. 3. A running late text that says sorry once, gives a new time and offers to reschedule. Rules: - Each text under 160 characters. Show the character count after each one. - Use {first name}, {tech name}, {window} and {minutes} where those go, so I can reuse them. - In the night before text only, ask them to clear a path to the work area and keep pets in another room. - Friendly and plain. No ALL CAPS and no emojis. Then write one short line the tech can say at the door to introduce themselves.
Words in curly braces, like {first name}, stay in the answer on purpose. Fill them in for each customer, or let your texting or email tool do it.
